Product Introduction:

A multi-stage centrifugal pump and a water-filled submersible three-phase asynchronous motor make up the BQS series mine flameproof submerged sand discharge pump. Implement the MT/T671 standard, GB 3836.1, and GB 3836.2. Its advantages over the conventional centrifugal pump include easy installation and maintenance, resistance to moisture, safe and dependable operation, stable performance, low vibration noise, high efficiency, compact design, and cheap operating costs. The flow guide can be attached to the outside of the unit to improve operating reliability depending on the actual application environment. The engine won't burst or produce electric sparks while operating in the water because its inside cavity is filled with clean water. The electric pump's motor and pump are separate.


Features

The BQS series of Mine Flameproof Submersible Sand Pumps take the integrated structure of the motor and the water pump. Two mechanical seals are set between the motor and the pump casing to prevent water from entering the inner cavity of the motor. From the lower end of the motor, they use "O" seals, ring and rubber compression sleeve sealing devices to prevent water from entering the junction box. A cover is set outside the motor housing, and the water discharged from the pump all flows out through the interlayer between the motor housing and the cover, which realizes the characteristics of water cooling of the motor, thus ensuring that the water pump can run for dehydration in a short time, and can automatically drain when there is water. Compared with the clean water pump, the sand pump impeller is correspondingly increased with a sand prevention ring, which can discharge sand containing solid particles slag sewage and does not affect efficiency.


Structure

BQS series has two types of suction design: single suction, and double suction. Both two types of pumps have two group impellers in back-to-back position. For the double suction structure, suction is on the top of the pump, and another one is on the bottom of the pump. In principle, the thrust force is zero as the two suctions are opposite, and the numbers of the impeller are the same for two sides. For the single-suction type, it has single-suction on the bottom of the pump. If the impeller is even, the numbers of the two groups are the same, and the suction direction is the same. So, the thrust force is zero. If the impeller numbers are singular, the impeller of lower suction is one stage more and the extra impeller has balance holes and a trust balance ring. It can balance the thrust force mostly, so the trust force is nearly zero also. The designs can lower the thrust force of the motor bearing and can help the motor running stable and prolong the service life.

Details

1. Three-phase power supply with rated voltages of 660, 1140, 6000, and 10000 volts and a permit voltage wave of 5%

3. Maximum liquid temperature: 40°C; 2. permitted environment temperature: 0°C–40°C

4. The PH level must be 6–8.

6. The maximum submerged depth should be less than 70m, and the solid content should be less than 2%.

7. It is advised to put vertically. However, there are some applications where a horizontal installation plan is appropriate. The operational model keeps going.

8. The pump may be used in a location where there is airborne explosive gas, such as firedamp. It is capable of working in a gas-filled environment.

The general application condition is as stated above. The pump needs to be custom made and produced for unique circumstances.
